Cape Reinga

Here we are folks finally arrived at the most northern part of NZ, this is where the Tasman sea and mighty Pacific ocean crashes together beneath the Cape Reinga lighthouse! The Cape Reinga lighthouse guards the north western approaches and out to sea lies the Columbia bank where both seas meet, apparently sometimes producing waves more than ten metres high!, it was a calm day when we was there though so no waves, but fascinating eh?, anyhow here's the photo's folks, enjoy!
